While the basic packages focus on regular site inspections and early detection, the investigations service takes over complete case management as soon as an occupation or suspected case has occurred.

What's included in the investigation service:

  • Structured initial assessment of the incident with detailed analysis of the sequence of events, risks and measures taken so far.

  • Taking over communication with the police, relevant authorities and – if necessary – involving and coordinating lawyers.

  • Preparation of professional reports and documentation that can be clearly understood by authorities and legal partners.

  • Ongoing case monitoring with status updates for the owner until the process is completed.
